Transition has started

As part of the LC visit to Lahore I am supposed to have OGX transition with Sohaib since I will have left Karachi before he arrives to the city.

I went into the transition with mixed feelings. It's the beginning of the end and at the same time I find it a lot of fun to share my knowledge and to discuss OGX with my successor.

I have had two fun and interesting sessions with Sohaib which also included some learning for myself, especially all the information and statistics on almost anything related to exchange that you can find in InsightXP. It is a lot of fun sharing your knowledge with someone that is actually eager to learn and find out more! And I believe OGX is in good hands for next year :D Good luck Sohaib!!
