On another note :), I stumbled upon a page which talks about some learning points of Dave Barry, a humor columnist whose work appeared in more than 500 newspapers in the US and abroad.
One of them is:
If you had to identify, in one word, the reason why the human race has not achieved, and never will achieve, its full potential, that word would be "meetings."
